To open an account and use the services on des77, you must meet all of the following conditions:

des77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification. You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

Each user may only operate one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, if bonus abuse is suspected, or if fraudulent activity is detected, des77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any accumulated funds.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of terms. des77 may also close or suspend any account at its own discretion.

The following methods can be used to make deposits on des77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Making deposits using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• Deposited funds must be your own money only.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

des77 reserves the right to cancel or reject transactions in the following situations: if there is a discrepancy in a deposit or withdrawal; if fraudulent activity is suspected on the account; or if required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. In such cases, we will endeavour to notify the user as quickly as possible.

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000.

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, wagering = ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed.

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only — each person is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If you withdraw your deposited funds before the bonus wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled.
• des77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is suspected, the account may be suspended.

des77 has four VIP tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits are subject to change at des77's sole discretion.

des77 believes in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain bonuses or rewards.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software.

Accounts found engaging in such activities will be terminated and all funds will be forfeited.

If a technical error or faulty outcome occurs in any game, des77 reserves the right to void that round. Any winnings obtained due to an error will be considered void. In the event of a dispute, des77's server records will be treated as the final evidence.

des77 offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, and other sports. The following applies to all betting activity:

• All confirmed bets are non-cancellable.
• Specific betting rules will apply if a match is cancelled or incomplete.
• If a live bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, des77 may delay or cancel the payment.
